ESSENTIALS FOR ATTENDANCE:
1. Email me the following: Your preferred email address for receipt of Zoom invite & work sheet.
2. Online Zoom.us required for attendance.
3. A pendulum which can be any object attached to a chain ensuring it is centrally balanced if you
are unable to purchase a pendulum in advance of course.
4. If possible a selection of your 'favourite foods you can't live without' & some known healthy foods
you already purchase.
Often we find our weight fluctuating without obvious cause whilst on a healthy diet and taking care of yourself. Lets take away some of that frustration & help you learn how to ask your body.
This Pendulum Dowsing Workshop will Introduce the use of the Pendulum as a technique to assist you in making food choices more aligned with your body.
