What we need now in our lives to survive with ease
Our ancestors we are definitely grateful for their experiences passed down generation to generation which have helped us survive. However patterns of behaviour, ways of viewing the world, actually any experience that is regarded by that generation as relating to survival are held in the subconscious mind, becoming entwined in our DNA information. We have an incredible amount of useful DNA information. Some which propels us forward into an amazing life and some less helpful that creates a sense of holding ourselves back regardless of making the effort to be successful, good relationship choices, self belief.
A large portion of our choices are based on our younger years. The household we grow up in defines our 'relationship normal' for our married life. The books we were read as children define our concept of true love; with fairy tales creating the foundation of what many women view 'happy ever after' looking like.
The way we were disciplined often defines how we view ourselves.
Were you allowed to make lots of noise and life was fun, or were you told to be quiet and fun had narrow limits?
Survival for our generation is time deadlines to keep our job. Expanding our capabilities through our mind; technology rather than physical stresses now.
Perhaps we display our symptoms is lack of sleep, anxiety, headaches, indigestion, back ache. Perhaps we have more than enough already but feel the constant pressure to perform and keep the standard up. Perhaps we feel everyone else is more important than we are and looking after ourselves first feels selfish. Particularly with females.
